What happens when I sign up?
Once you selected your plan, you will be sent a onboarding questionare. You then will connect your channels on the platforms that your contract states, this allows us to schedule and post. Within 7 days you will receive your full month of social media posts to review. If there is anything you need to change we will do that promptly.
Are the posts custom made?
Yes, your content is specifically created for your specific business. This includes different types of content, such as images, videos, articles.
Where do you get the content/visuals from?
It depends. Some of our clients have provided content/ visuals that we can work with and some have nothing. Both is completely fine.
Can I always add channels?
Of course you can always add more channels.
What if I have specific things I want to promote?
We will make sure to include that. All posts will be produced a month in advance, so if there are things planned in advance we can easily include it. We will check in 5 days before the next month starts to see if you need to include anything. If there is something urgent or same day then we suggest you post on whatever channels you need to.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel after your 6 month term. The reason why we say to give us 6 months because that is where you will get a better picture of your analytics. Then we ask for a 30 day notice.
Can I still post on my own?
Yes, you can.
Do I send you my login details?
No you will connect your social media accounts on our scheduling platform.
